I, the main applicant, and/or co-applicant authorize DM Auto Group to submit my credit application to the dealer(s) & finance companies to continue the lease/purchase process. 

You may receive a call from the Finance Department for further verification. Clicking the "Submit Credit Application" button serves as your electronic signature and agreement to this term. If Applying with a co-signer please submit two separate credit applications. Please Include photo of drivers license when submitting deal.
